The exercise of the above rights may, depending on the case, be subject to conditions and limitations, in accordance with applicable national and EU law.

However, if your requests are manifestly unfounded or excessive, particularly if they are repetitive in nature, 4Human.Tech may request the payment of a reasonable fee to provide the information or take the requested action, or even refuse to act on the request.

We do not make decisions, nor do we engage in profiling, based on automated processing of PD.

Do we process Data of minors?
